Parking is available at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. Parking passes can be purchased at the front desk for a discounted rate of $12 daily (no in/out privileges).

Room Block

A courtesy room block has been reserved at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. Rooms are priced at the prevailing government per diem rate of $96/single and $106/double, plus tax and are offered on a first-come-first-served basis via the online reservations link below.

Reservation Deadline: Thursday, September 29, 2022

Tax Exemption: Government employees must provide a Hotel Occupancy Tax form at check-in.

Parking: $12 per day.

Check in: 4:00 PM

Check out: 11:00 AM

Cancellation Deadline: 48 hours prior to arrival

Travel

Travelers can choose to fly into Easterwood Airport (CLL), 3 miles (10-minute drive), or George Bush Intercontinental Airport Houston (IAH), 90 miles (1-hour, 45-minute drive) from the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. Please note that your route from IAH may have tolls.

Registration for in-person attendance at Texas A&M University will close at 5:00 PM ET on Friday, November 4, 2022
or when capacity is reached, whichever comes first.
DARPA reserves the right to reduce the number of individuals from a single organization should in-person capacity be reached.
